Not a fan. Dislike the waterfall grill (Buick?). I did think they did a pretty good job with the plastic cladding though (could have been a lot worse, in an Outback sport way). Glad my Avant is on it's way. Interesting that the press release mentions the S-tronic as the standard gearbox. Wonder if they're getting rid of the 8-speed?

Just noticed the ride height too. Hopefully the air suspension makes it across the ocean. Missed my 02 allroad. If the air suspension comes, and if it's a TDI, boy. I'm going to get me one.

I suppose we should expect the base motor and tiptronic?
gimme the 272 horse 3.0T motor and for f's sake at least throw in the S-tronic if the beancounters won't let go of the clutch pedal, and then we'll talk.
