Yes, the BMW is s better handling car (stock), but you pay for it when it beats the crap out of you and those damn run-flat tires.
I am considering both.

Thanks for the reply. I read the TSB. My VIN did fall within the the series listed, but I saw there were a bunch of other qualifying requirements which had me confused. They didn't replace it and said the screen wore out initially and then that it split in half. The saddle referred to did break and cause the lubrication system to fail. The dealer says it was just bad luck and that I have 103,000 miles. I am waiting for Audi Corporate to respond with results of investigation.
Any more ammo to use?

So that everyone knows, YOU CAN remove run-flat tires and install regular tires. I did this on my BMW X5 and it made a world of difference. Night and Day. No more noise, I can actually hear the engine and the ride is very smooth now. Just know you either need to buy a spare tire or one of those tire patching kits. I have neither...like to live dangerously.
