Any reason to turn off ESP ever?

Just wondering since they made this a push button feature, if there is any benefit to not having ESP on constantly. I have a 2010 A4 Quattro - automatic.

Performance driving. If you know what you're doing, traction control will be fighting you and retarding the limits of the car.
But for the everyday driver: sometimes when you have really bad traction - like in bad snow - traction control will be freaking out, braking your wheels, and you might get stuck. Turn it off and force those wheels to spin.
Generally just keep it on all the time.
