No it's been announced as a first quarter 2009 Launch for the Q7 TDI
I have the order guide on it. S-line cosmetics are standard on them. Pricing is not yet released.

I do not think that S-Line comes with dual exhaust
I've got a 2.0 S-Line on order, and I'm wishing just as hard as everyone else that the 2.0t comes with dual exhaust, but I think not...
If you go to Audiusa, and choose the 44/build a car, you can select the S-Line trim as your base model. After selecting that configuraiton, simply use the arrows to rotate the car and you'll see that the S-Line has a different diffuser, but it still has LH side exhaust tips.
Arghh, too bad...
Don't forget, there is still a chance that Stasis will fabricate a dual exhaust for their Signature Series car, and they have been known to replace body parts, if necessary.

I place less faith in the computer configurator images than real photos.
In the Right hand side rear pic the rear diffuser panel is not the S-Line version, but in the Left hand side rear pic it is.
I still think the US is going to get single side even for S-Line, but it is interesting that 2.0T S-Line + dual exists.
Maybe it will only come on avants and it will be something the wagoneers can hold over the sedans head. :-)

Have you thought about after-market body parts?
This forum has highlighted body kits by Caractere https://forums.audiworld.com/a4b8/msgs/13978.phtml and Reiger https://forums.audiworld.com/a4b8/msgs/6703.phtmlas well as the Audi pure aftermarket kit which was seen at Sears Point during the Driving Experience for the A4. You can see this kit on a red 3.2 at https://forums.audiworld.com/a4b8/threads/1157.phtml#13463
As for me, I'm going to wait until I see exactly what the S-Line will give me when it finally arrives, then I'm going to start the transformation. I'll be adding the Stasis Challenge kit, and very likely, some kind of body work.
