Awe claims 21crank hp and 30% decrease in iat with logs and dynos,
eurocode claims 20wheel hp and 35% decrease in temps, pending data logs and dynos
I would wait for Eurocodes to post up there data before you make a decision

Here are the intake air temperature logs...we did five back to back 0-100MPH pulls with each intercooler (stock and Eurocode) As the data shows the harder the Eurocode FMIC is pushed, the better it responds. There is a true 35% reduction in intake air temperatures.

This is a mod that I've been looking into for awhile now. Finally, another FMIC product comes out from Eurocode, yet they have no dyno or temp charts to show anyone. The AWE unit only has data available from the B7, not the B8 model. I'm waiting to see hard data from both. The Eurocode unit looks really nice, but I'm not seeing the $500 difference from AWE. Hopefully someone will do a write up and review on it soon so we can all see the difference.
What information are you referring too that we don't offer for the B8 that we do for the B7? Pressure Drop and Efficiency comparing our FMIC to the factory unit? The pressure drop and efficiency ratings on both our B7 and B8 FMICs will be the same. The only data we don't publish is the pressure drop and efficiency for the factory B8 FMIC.
The data below was collected on our Mustang MD-500 AWD Dyno. We did many runs with each variation to ensure we had accurate before and after information.

We've provided dyno and IAT testing data on the B8 Chassis (posted below) since we released our FMIC almost two years ago.

I must have seen an old chart because the one I saw was for a B7 that someone posted awhile ago on audizine. Thanks for posting this, it's very helpful! Your guys FMIC is my next mod after a BBK. I'm yet to hear a negative review and everyone who has one seems to love it.
If anyone else has a question about our FMIC, please let me know. I'll be happy to answer them.

eurocode, what we are looking for is a dyno chart, like the one provided by AWE in the last post. The IAT runs look very promising, but at the end of the day, we want to see the end result on the dyno. Especially considering your FMIC holds a 50% premium to that of AWE's.
An intercooler can not add power to a car, all it does is recover lost horsepower due to thermal inefficiency and rising air intake temperatures.
Dyno numbers are not a true indication of the efficiency of an intercooler, it is virtually impossible to duplicate the amount of air volume that the vehicle sees during driving on the road.
We do have dynos pending, however they need to be backed up with an independent dyno on an independent car before we post.

just installed the awe fmic a few weeks ago and wow i notice a nice diffrence in power. the install is a fun DIY if you take your time and you save a couple hundred bucks. awe is great i love there exhausts and intercooler for the a4 b8. all we need is a gt28rs turbo kit next for this car.
