Is the B8 (2008 on) suspension stiffer than previous models?
I'm considering a used 2008 A4 2.0tqm with stock suspension but I am used to a B5 A4qm with sport suspension. I'm looking for a firm tight ride, not for track. Thanks for all helpful comments.

Are you in the US? If so, the 2008 is built on the B7 platform, not the B8.

notwithstanding the error in the original question, from my personal experience, the B8 sport suspension feels slightly softer/more refined than the B6 sport suspension.

Revised Question: B7 (2008) stock suspension versus previous models?
I see that this B8 forum is marked 2008- but 2009 was the first B8 model. Still curious how "stiff" the B7 stock susp is versus previous stock or sport suspension.
