Following is a cut and paste from my service invoice (sent by email):

DRIVEWAYS AND IS A CRACK/POP SOUND IN THE SUNROOF AREA. THE
NOISE SEEMS TO BE LESSEND WHEN THE ROOF IS RAISED.
THE NOISE SEEMS TO BE IN THE FRAME OF THE ROOF.
REMOVED ALL PILLAR TRIM TO ACCESS AND REMOVE THE HEADLINER.
ROAD TESTED WITH THE HEADLINER REMOVED. THE SOUND SEEMS OT
BE IN FRAME NEAR THE SEAM OF THE FRONT AND REAR GLASS.
LOOSEND AND RETORQUED THE SUNROOF FRAME BOLTS AND ROAD
TESTED. THE CRACKING NOISE IS NO LONGER EVIDNET.
REINSTALLED ALL TRIM AND CONFIRMED THE SUNROOF NOISE IS
STILL NOT EVIDENT. READJUSTED THE SUNROOF FRONT AND REAR
GLASS POSITIONS FOR CORRECT FIT AND OVERLAP.
ROAD TESTED WITH THE CUSTOMER ON PICK UP TO CONFIRM REPAIR.
THE NOISE CONCERNS WERE NO LONGER EVIDENT.
