Default B8 Fuel Injection Problems

My 2010 A4 Prestige with 22k miles is getting me worried already. Fuel injector #3 broken and spilled gas. Dealer has fixed, but I'm not too knowledgeable about this stuff - so a couple Qs:
1. How worried should I be about future fuel injection problems?
2. Could this have affected other parts of engine?
3. Should I have them replace other injectors to preclude?
4. Should I be depressed about spending $40k+ on a car that develops engine problems only 1/10th into my intended ownership horizon? Yikes!
5. Anyone else experience this?

Unfortunately, I'm not impressed with my dealer's service department. They seem pretty lazy and are clearly are very guarded with their information.

With all cars, sh*t happens. I haven't heard of any fuel injector issue's, but anytime I see someone post an issue like this I keep my eye open for issue's like that under my hood. Besides making your car run bad, it isn't going to effect anything else. Just because one injector broke doesn't mean that all of them need to be replaced, thats excesive. I wouldn't sweat having an issue, it's a car and things break no matter what brand you buy. My friend spent $150k on a S63 AMG Mercedes and had an injector issue. No matter the price tag, things just happen

Thanks for the feedback. Just a big frustration. Happily, I purchased extended warranty - so, I'm covered for a while.

I read in the UK Magazine 'Audi Driver' a cpl mths back about Audi knowing about FI problems. Apparently there have been issues with the system in the UK.
