Best options? Nav or no nav?

The nav in my opinion is definetly worth it. its convenient+ what others said in this post,if you ever end up selling the car the value will be higher due to it being installed. You never konw if you have to attend something and you have no clue where it is lol.

^LOL. You're probly right. But I do like having everything exact. I'm also one of those people who can't stand if the vents in the middle aren't level or pointing to the same elevation.
Call me crazy, OCD or the nature of an engineer. hahah.

That's what my iPhone is for. And I honestly think everybody should have a smartphone. Not necessarily iPhone, but a clever communicator.

Meanwhile I'm all kooky and artsy-fartsy, pointing vents every which way. Har.

I have a smartphone with gps on it. I use google maps everyday for traffic in my current car with no nav. Its great having it, but if you aren't charging it at the same time, battery takes a nose dive. With that being said, once a call comes in, google maps is switch to the background, rendering it useless to me once I'm on the phone.

^I'm waiting for the TomTom attachment for the iPhone. I realize it will make an awful clutter in the car. I would never put a regular Garmin or TomTom in the Car, I'd much rather for an OEM Nav, if those were the only options. BUT, since the mess I'm putting in is part of my iPhone, which I will not part with, it becomes acceptable for me.
So yeah, if you're not too attached to having an all-in-one gadget, and you want a nice, clean interior, get the Nav option. It really perfects the interior.
