Bluetooth issues

This weekend the Bluetooth in my 2009 A4 has been acting up. It has consistently been doing the following:
1. When I start the car the phone screen pulls up and shows that I'm trying to connect to an unknown number. However, my phone doesn't show that it's trying to connect to anything. After about 10 seconds it disconnects and goes to the radio.
2. When I receive a call and I press to accept it appears to not be connected because I can't hear the person calling me and they can't hear me.
3. When I use the voice dial, either by number or name, it goes through trying to connect and then after 10 seconds it disconnects.
4. If I dial from my phone it connects fine through the system and I'm able to have a conversation with no technical issues.
If it helps, I have the new Blackberry 9650 through Verizon but have had it for about a month now and haven't had these issues.
So, should I take it into the dealer or is there a code/reset/etc that I can do that might fix it?
Thanks

You can try to reset the bluetooth yourself. There is an option to reset different parameters back to factory default and phone is one of them. It's somewhere under either settings or car. Sorry I can't remember off hand exactly how to get to it and it's raining out so I can't check it. I know you can do it without going to the dealer though.

I reset/restored the factory defaults on the Bluetooth and it did not work so I'll try the MMI reset to see if that works. Thanks for the tips.
If the MMI reset doesn't work I'll call the dealer.

Have exactly the same problems with my blackberry bold 9650. I tried the MMI reset and still having the issues you described in your first post. Any luck with the dealer? Was it a quick fix?
