Cardamom Beige interior in B8 A4
#13
Mine's a 1.8T; at that point the only trim in the four cylinder cars was aluminium...
The pattern on the Al trim has a name but I can't remember it now. Definitely not wood though.

Dealer tells me the order guide is incorrect
The dash will be a gray / beige color similiar to The dash availabe now . It will have a upper bordeaux dash and a lower beige, the same as it is now.
I wish we could get black it would be very sporty but I will enjoy what Audi builds. Also wish I could get walnut wood versus the light wood. Any comments on the light colored wood?

The light wood is very modern, rich, elegant, and exclusive.
There are only a small handful of automakers using light wood. And most are companies like Maserati, Bentley, and the like. That is a good thing to mimic in my eyes.
As a subnote, the almond is a shade darker than the lighter birch of the B7. You'll like it.

I'm a walnut guy so I'm going to have to see the new ash almond wood in person.
I loathe the light birch trim/beige interior combination in the B7.
The new light colored wood ("ash almond")in the B8 pics looks a bit darker than the B7's light birch so maybe it won't be too bad but I sure wish they'll eventually offer walnut with beige as a factory option.

Here's the answer.
Looks good to me, although the steering wheel looks skinny for some reason.

http://good-times.webshots.com/photo/2400156660081567925LwZtJj</a
