+1 Kind of reminds me of the vinyl slip covered furniture. Not quite as bad, but... I don't understand adding something un-atractive to prevent something unatractive. I guess it's all relative to your preference... just not mine in this case.

Had a clear bra on my b6 for 7 years, it was on a dolphin gray and stood up well, showed a huge difference as I stupidly did not do the fender flares so that had a ton of rock chips, got it done on my b8 meteor gray...you can see the line if you look close enough...but like others here, i cant stand rock chips.

I was looking at getting this done on my B8 before I pick it up. Same color.. Any pics? Would be interesting to see how much it stands out.

+1 on that. im interested as well. I already have one rock chip and it pisses me off!. Since i have a brilliant black A4

There was also a cool post a few (?) weeks back showing the application of the clear bra on a just-delivered red S-Line (I think). Lots of pictures showing the before, during and after.
