Still investigating the issue, going to be bringing it into the dealer soon for maintenance so I will have them look at it. Don't think it is the timing chain, everyone I have spoken too, both on and off the forums has mentioned that it may not be the chain since the sound does not increase with rev's. Going in again to my mechanic this week to have my summers tossed on, I'll get them give it a cold start and spend a little time listening around to see what it may be. The other day I stuck my head in deep and it sounded like it was coming from around the rear of the alternator on the right of the engine if you are facing it.
