I'm in the process of ordering a B8 and stuck on what color to get. I currently have a silver TL and swore my next car would be black. But, the early pics of the white s-line exterior look amazing. What do you guys think?

White has definitely caught my eye now that I've been paying attention, just worried that people may think its the "wifes" car.
gk1 - planning on the same options, but may go with the sport pack. w/ 19's instead of the full S-line. Wish I new the price difference between these packages.

You're right in that from the side, it looks great. absolutely murders the 335 in terms of looks.
But what I found looking from the back was that the light color, together with the black lower valance, created an arc visually which struck me as a bit strange. Is the upper edge of the valance curved? Can't say that I really liked that effect, and this will not be apparent in dark colors.
Just my view, but does anyone feel the same?

Black on my S5 as I think it looks richer/classic more formal for lack of a better word so thats my choice, rarely does a car look good in both light and dark colors but the B8 platform does. But as you said putting the bigger wheels and the right interior combo it can look great. S-line really helps the lines of the car, worth every penny to me for that option.
