Start emailing the Internet Sales Managers at the other dealers and you will find out very quickly who has it. Don't let somebody toy with you like the way this fellow is. It's insulting at the very least. Sounds like you are not dealing with a stand up guy already... Patience and emails will get you what you want. By repeatedly contacting the guy that you are dealing with, you are letting him know that you really want not just that car but to get into a new car asap. He may end up telling you that it sold already at the other dealer and either steer you to what he has on his lot or string you along with promises of "soon to be delivered" new inventory.
If it was me, I'd just track down which dealer has the car. A few simple emails can do that pretty quickly. Good luck.![Smile](https://www.audiworld.com/forums/images/smilies/smile.gif)

Not trying to rain on a parade, but that car in the picture is seriously high off the ground. There must be 4 - 5 inches between the top of the wheels and the fender. Looks weird. Did they forget to remove some blocks or something?

"It still had the suspension blocks on it, but at least I got to see one on a sunny day."
I noticed it right away. It was in another lot where new stuff comes in along with a lot of other brands including Ford, Porche, VW, Cadillac...etc. It was Flemington Car and Truck Country in NJ.

Sounds like a very frustrating position.![Frown](https://www.audiworld.com/forums/images/smilies/frown.gif)
Some tips that may help:
Never deal with a salesperson if you are serious about an automobile purchase. Call the dealership and ask to speak to the fleet manager/internet sales manager. These people know that they are dealing with people that know what they want and more importantly what it costs. They don't play games like the average salesperson/sales manager team. Do not accept being sloughed off to a lackey. If you go to the top you usually get top service. People who walk onto a lot looking for a car usually get the worst service/deal.
Hope it helps.![Smile](https://www.audiworld.com/forums/images/smilies/smile.gif)
