By "bumper" do you mean the internal deformable aluminium bar? If you simply mean the body work then you need to get the car further examined.

I doubt the frame or car has a problem. If it did then it'd be a proper hit and you'd have a stiff neck etc. The internal beam is there to protect you and the car from these lower speed type of shunts.
