Having a part like this is really a stupid design for an AWD car that's made to see winter. Of course people will lose them once there's quite a bit of snow.

Yes, it happened to me too. My son found it in the driveway and I tossed it on a shelf in the garage. I may put it back in the summer... but I'm sure it will fall again in winter. I have no idea if I still have the 2nd one..
