I think I'd prefer a longer trunk (boot) and shorter front then the way this looks from the profile. I guess it helps with the coupe-esque look?

very true... I usually hate car shots at that angle... it works on the B8 though!

Audi has confirmed that B8 roofline is 2 inches lower than B7.
