Do what? The hidden green menu? You first have to get a VCDS Vag-Com cable from Ross-Tech. (HEX-USB-CAN cable for $349) or find someone in your area with one. Then you download their included software to a PC (or buy their wireless version).
There are many threads on different mods you can do with the Vag-Com including enabling the hidden menu. Use the AW search feature.
