Impressed with Audi Customer Care

In all the years I've had cars or friends/family have had cars, I don't remember ever contacting the car company directly for any reason. Since I've had my A4, I've contacted Audi Customer Care via a form on their website and been very impressed with their response. Here are the two times:
- Early this week sent a complaint about a specific a-hole dealer my friend and I ran into when trying to test drive Q5 and A6 3.0T. 3 hours after hitting submit on form, got a call from a nice lady in Audi CC apologizing and stating that the complaint had been sent to Audi Corporate and the GM for the dealer.
- Yesterday, sent a query to confirm whether the AMI iPod cable is supposed to come with the car and that I was told otherwise, making me purchase a $70 cable for no reason. 2 hours later, got a call from another nice lady at Audi CC apologizing and they offered me a full refund on the cost of the AMI cable. I just faxed them the CC receipt and invoice so we'll see how long it takes.
In the end, I am more than impressed at the prompt response and resolution of items like these. I always thought these things go into a bulk inbox somewhere and you never hear from them - I was definitely not expecting this kind of response.
The problem for Audi is that now I know, I'll be using it quite often
