Are these considered a full system? I have a down pipe that needs to be installed, would these connect to the down pipe? A newb question looking for any insight. Thanks guys

These would be considered Downpipe-Back systems designed to work with any DP that would work with your stock system. We no longer offer our DP's for this application in the USA due to EPA regulations. Let me know if you have any more questions!
