Is Lane Assist available in North America for the A4 B8?

Default I think the point is if you are nearly falling asleep while driving or distracted by cell...

stop driving the car.

As stated before lane assist may have its merits but only when used by someone who fully understands its intention. It's not a crutch designed to allow you to drive sleepy and distracted. In the case of a sleepy driver, after lane assist warns him will he then pull off the road or will he continue his sleepy distracted dance with lane assist?

Side assist makes perfect sense since many cars, Audis in particular, have large blind spots that other drivers tend to like to hide in. It's a feature that makes the driver more effective. It allows them to "see" in a spot where they previously could not. Much like the backup camera.

Option itself is useless in Rhode Island...Only works when you use the directional LMAO

Maybe Lane Assist should pull the car over and disable it for 60 minutes instead.
