Update..
While the solution for the 2.0t low speed steering "shudder" was resolved a while back with a new power steering hose, the fix for those with a 3.2 was not. I spoke with my AOA exec case specialist contact yesterday and he told me that the fix for the 3.2 should finally be available in two weeks. It also involves new hoses (different parts from the 2.0t fix apparently) and they are getting them distributed to the parts depots. He promised to call me when ready for dealer fulfillment and to contact my service dept to help set up the repair.
For those who may be wondering about this, it has been an issue on 2009 A4's (and some 2010's?) whereby the steering wheel would exhibit a "shudder" vibration when turning the wheel at low parking lot speeds on certain surfaces. Mine has intermittently had this issue on gravel and some very smooth asphalt/concrete since new. While it has not been a major issue (or according to Audi damaging to the car), I've wanted to get it resolved.
So, if you still have this problem with a 3.2, check back here for confirmation in a couple of weeks. If you have a 2.0t and have this issue, you can get thee to a dealer now.

Thanks for the update. I have the same issue on my 2009 3.2 and although it is not a big deal, I do want it fixed. I will await your update in a few weeks.

I spoke with my guy at AOA yesterday to get an update. Looks like the hoses (he says there's actually two of them) are "on the way to the parts depots and should be available to the dealers next week". He said he would call my dealer then to order the parts for me. I'm keeping my fingers crossed.

Is there any official documentation that I can show my dealership regarding this? I am bringing my car in for a regular service next week, and mentioned the low-speed steering shudder. The service department acted like it was the first they heard of it, and tried to convince me that it's not a problem, as though most cars do this. I was insistent and they finally caved and said they'd "look into it."
If I have some sort of official notice I can point them to, the next conversation with them would go far smoother.

I'll ask my guy when he lets me know the parts are ready.

I got bounced when I asked for this too! Any TSB or way to get this done would be much appreciated!
