I have a 2018 Audi A4.

For the past several weeks, when I try to use my "MyAudi" application on my iPhone, I get the following error message in the app:

Data Not Updated
An error occurred during the Update Process.

And then a bit further down, it says:
Error while loading
Unable to load the connect services for this vehuicle or unable to lad services fully: An unknown error has occured.

Everything used to work fine, but this started a few weeks back.
I was hoping it would just 'clear-up' as other MyAudi issues have done before, but so far no luck and it's been a few weeks.

Anyone else having these issues?

Any ideas?

2018 would be a B9, you'll want to move (think you need an admin for that) or replicate this inquiry to the B9 A4 forum.

That is because AT&T is turning off their 3G network and several of your car's services still depend on 3G. They are no longer available now for your vehicle. There's a lengthy thread on here with more than you wanna know, but Audi is offering a third-party OBD dongle using a separate app that offers some of the same services.

FYI. the title of the B8 forum says: "Discussion forum for the B8 Audi A4 produced from 2008.5-present"
But maybe the "-present" isn't valid anymore and should be updated by someone?

In the US, the B8 was sold as MY09-MY16 for the A4 (except MY09 A4 cabriolet, which is still a B7) and MY08-MY17 for the A5 and MY09-MY17 for the Q5. After those years, is the current B9 product. There's a contact us link in the gray bar at the bottom of the page. Fire them a note that their B8 forum titles are outdated. Kind of surprised they didn't think to update them when the B9 forums were added.
