Default Name This Sound!

My A4 3.2 was making this sound for approx 2.5 hours after driving approx 100 miles home. The car was off and unlocked and the key was not in the ignition. Any idea what this sound is - it semed to be coming from the left side of the engine.

The sound you hear is the sound I would make after hearing that sound. I haven't a clue what that could be though. Sorry

I like this guess. I believe that would be the only moving part once the ignition is turned off. Either way, bring it in to the deal ASAP!!!

The dealer just ignored the problem and told me that it did not affect the car driving.
