im looking at ordering the followin size.but not sure if it will stick out way to much pass the fender or will it sit flush with the fender.
19x9 all around et43 with a 1.5 lip all around. and if it will be safe to run big brake kit with this set up?

That's actually a very conservative setup. You can easily go 19x9" ET40 with 255/35/19 or ET35 with 245/35/19 tires. If you want to go more aggressive, 19x9.5" ET42 with 255/35/19 or ET38 with 245/35/19 should also be fine.

I'm running 275/35/19 in the rear and 245/35/19 in the front,looks fat from the back but i don't suggest it, next time i m putting 265/35/19 or 255/35/19 all around.

Assuming you have a quattro, I would be concerned about the large difference in outer diameter (circumference) between front and back.
