No more chrome exhaust tips
As some of you know my car (A4 Avant S-line 2.0T 6MT) has large (about 80mm) steel tips instead of the advertised chrome tips and they look horrible.
Whilst I've been trying to finalise my reorder, this has been discussed time and time again.
Today I was told that none of the A4's with stop/start technology (6MT 2.0T or 2.0TDI) will have chrome tips any more.
A couple of us in the UK will be pursuing Audi on Monday as they are persisting in advertising Chrome tips depsite being told over a year ago that this wasn't always the case.
I thought I best warn those of you waiting on MY2010 2.0T cars. :-/
