The same problem exists with the 1.8TFSI engine as well. It seems that ETKA does not know any dipstick which would be suitable for these engines.

1.8TFSI and 2.0TFSI have both the same dipstick tube (part number 06H 115 610 B).
See this:

You would think there is also a dipstick availabe somewhere for this tube. I am also interested in finding the dipstick for my engine...

Default Please drain oil

Recently my audi a4 tsi bar indicator was empty, I refilled the oil I didn't reset the oil change service. Now it says I have to drain oil. What can a solution be? It is left with about 1000 for next oil change.

On direct injection engines especially in colder temperatures, oil level can increase over time due to gasoline condensing and contaminating the oil. If filled too full at service, the tolerance of the “ please drain oil” sensor might be reached by only a bit of oil volume increase due to gasoline contamination. Audi engines are not known to be excessively subject to this oil contamination but Honda has had problems with it in the CRV.

I would beg to differ with that statement. Leased vehicles require stringent maintenance as part of the lease agreement. They have to be kept in immaculate condition or the cleaning and detailing has to be paid by the person taking the lease. They are also restricted on mileage unless you pay extra for the extended mileage. I would guess that the majority of CPO vehicles sold by dealerships were previously leased. I haven't bought a new car since I bought my brand new 1979 Mazda RX-7. I only buy used cars with anywhere from about 35-45k miles on them that are about 3 model years old and I keep them forever.

You can find dipsticks dirt cheap on ebay. They tend to have a loop on the end so you can pull them out easier, but it also prevents the hood from closing properly so you may have to cut off a portion of the handle. I have always found that having to check the oil level using the MMI was the most ridiculous feature ever introduced on these cars.

Sure you'd have a couple of oil-soaked rags from each time you wiped off the dipstick, but the level would come down ... :-)
