drop it 1". slap on some 19" rims. rear diffuser too angular. rear spolier too big. 20" rims could actually affect your handling (not sure what you are going for- boulevard loop cruiser or actual bona fide handler). go for a euro plate front. with audi, unlike hondas, less is more.
i'd have put the money from those things into sways and some springs/coilovers.
my $0.02

As mentioned above, you need a drop for yor car. Is there any sports suspension in your car, looks like a standard?
Instead of aftermarket bodykit, I'd prefer OEM bodykit
See a couple of pictures of OEM bodykit in a two european A4's, the white one is 2.0TDI and the red one is 2.0TFSI quattro:

The red one is waiting for new 18"-19" wheels, possibly OEM Hollow Spoke wheels.
Of course S-line bodykit is also nice.

I hope you will replace the unattractive wheels -- to my eye they detract from the overall beauty of your A4. But, I don't care for the titanium ones either, so perhaps it is just as my signature says. . .

Nothing wrong with dark rims, but people tend to over do them imho.
A graphite/anthracite works so much better imho, black always makes the wheels stand out too much compared with the rest of the car, and it always makes the tyres look really dirty too.
You also need to loose that chrome around the window and grille, if you go black out you need to go the whole hog.
This is my wifes sport touring in silver with the black out theme, anthracite wheels, black window trim and grilles.

You asked for comments :
I'm not liking the black wheels .... especially because it looks like they're too far from the body work. Drop that car!!!
p.s. This is an internet forum where people use real words and punctuation. We all make the odd mistake here and there but an occasional full stop or comma would be appreciated as would NOT BEING SHOUTED AT! Cheers
