Nothing wrong with dark rims, but people tend to over do them imho.
A graphite/anthracite works so much better imho, black always makes the wheels stand out too much compared with the rest of the car, and it always makes the tyres look really dirty too.
You also need to loose that chrome around the window and grille, if you go black out you need to go the whole hog.
This is my wifes sport touring in silver with the black out theme, anthracite wheels, black window trim and grilles.

Maybe solid black is sweet in LA, but up here full black always sort of looks like winter 'steelies'. I see a lot of guys rolling with black with polished lip, which can look good, depending on the car and setup. Personally, I am generally not a fan of the black - looks trendy to me, but there are definitely exceptions.
I also agree with the other guys that the spoiler is too much and the car needs to drop a bit. Remember that the sweet spot for Audis is almost always in subtlety. Most over-the-top Audis look cheesy. If you were driving a DTM car, well, that would be one of those exceptions!

Yeah, I'm not digging the solid black wheels. It would look nicer with a subtle drop in the suspension. Car looks good though.
Also, typing in all caps and misspelling words will probably make people not take you as seriously. Just a tip...

I dont want to take away from all the mods you are doing ... but I am not feeling the black wheels with the silver. Something seems off.
It might look a lot better in person but in the pics they arent coming out that great.
This again is not to bash it down but just a personal opinion... a little matt finish chrome would have been ideal.
However, kudos to all the work you have done... and would enjoy seeing your future mods... this forum needs more inputs like yours

i like the wheels, i think what makes it look a little bit off is the rear bumper...if you add the side skirts and front bumper to match, I'm sure it would fix that
