Is it possible to renegotiate a lease price once it's a done deal? Also, can a lease be converted to financing?

The dealer doesn't have much incentive to cancel a lease. Typically, they make a little less profit on a sale than a lease.

But

It doesn't hurt to ask. They might let you switch over if they aren't on the hook for any Origination fees or similar...or if you pay for them.
