Resting service schedule and oil level reading questions after my first oil change

did my first oil change after buying my car. It is a 2013 A4 2.0T. So I went into the information console and reset the oil change schedule and now is is reporting it due in 10,000 miles which is fine (although not going to let it go that long) but it says the inspection is still due in 200 miles and that isn’t accurate. How do I reset that, I only had the option to reset the oil change interval. Also I have a dip stick and used that to check my level but when I look at the oil level in the information console it says there is no information. It showed a level before I changed the oil. I have driven the car a few miles since the change and it still isn’t registering a level. Sorry if these are dumb questions I am new to the Audi world and not used to all these sensors. Thank you.

You have to travel a number of miles before the system will display the oil level.
I believe you can reset the oil change interval in the MMI. You need VCDS, the dealer or equivalent to reset the service interval.

The service interval reminder cannot be reset without a computer tool (VCDS, OBD11, the dealership).
Also note that the blanking of the oil level display in MMI happens anytime the hood is opened. The text on the screen about being available after two minutes after turning off the engine is bogus. What the exact voodoo is that has to happen is anyone's guess. But eventually after so many miles/startups/whatever, it comes back.
