Hmm I messed up this post.
B&O as well, not sure about the Premium vs Premium plus. Trim was result of long back and forth with dealer, Canadian options seem mysterious still.

Got my commission number. Production week 31 (July 28)
For comparison, the first car in the dealership's Avant allocation (mine is 3rd on the list) was build week 26, and the computer system was telling him it should arrive week of September 8th.
