Scraped my alloy wheels on curb, what to do?

That's why I bought...
the Audi Tire and Wheel Protection Package. I did the same damn thing today on my right rear wheel and I am going to talk to them tomorrow about a claim. For some reason I don't think that's covered
When buying my Audi, they told me that the tire/wheel protection doesn't cover things like hitting the curb. If you hit something on the road for example, and that messes up the rims, then that is covered.
