Apparently, hardware version 2 would be compatible for an upgrade to version 3.01 and my car has that hardware version, but Audi claims that they is no software upgrade available, so we are stuck !
Some guys in Europe claimed that they were able to get it and that it solved the SDHC problem, but I have been trying to get it for the last two years without any luck...

SW was updated to version 0310 and the SDHC cards started to work.
Ask the dealer to check SVM Code B856A001, which should be the code for this update.
