It sounds cliche', but if you ever driven a vehicle at Autobahn speeds the last thing you would do is have your arm on the armrest. Audis are built for Autobahn speed, the rest are afterthoughts imo. There are always compromises in all designs.

Sure. I might accept that argument if they eliminated the cup holders.
