Default Suggestion for suspension upgrades?

Coming from an A3 2.0T with the sport suspension, my A4 2.0T Avant premium package suspension feels a bit too soft. Plus, there is a bit more wheel gap than I like. (3-fingers plus, versus an ideal 2 finger gap.) Also feels like the sway bar could be beefier.

Already replaced the all-season rubber with some summer rubber - any suggestions on which suspension to look at? I do not want a rougher riding suspension, the A4 rides great right now. But I do want something to stiffen it up in the corners so that it is nice and tight when whipping the car left/right. Right now it feels a big mushy if I wiggle the steering wheel on the highway. The A3 was extremely responsive at this, and I miss that.

Thanks in advance!

H&R sport springs are a good start, they will drop you about 1" to 1.5"
around $250 plus cost of install..
or go all the way and do Coilovers for $1300 plus

Bilstein PSS9's and I think the PSS10's are out now too. I have them on my B6 S4 with Hsport sways, its like a giant go-cart now. BUT, you feel the bumps. I was carving turns at 120 on I-79 no problems. and yes open road, nobody around, no traffic...

If you don't have ADS, do coil-overs. There are tons of info on those, and it's a better engineered solution than mixing-and-matching shocks and springs.

KW coilovers are the way to go... you can find some good deals on the V1's.

can the V1's be set up so the car is not lowered from stock? I need clearance for winter driving. Maybe lower the car in the summer, and adjust it back to stock for winter. is this possible?

I-79? Where? My experience with that road is that I wouldn't go 120 MPH on it under any conditions(Washington - Pittsburgh) but that is several years ago. Has it improved?

I really doubt they could be raised up as high as stock monster truck height, but they can definitely give enough clearance for most normal driving conditions with a small fender gap all around.
