Survey for vibration issue, even if you don't have it
Many of you wondered if certain configurations of the A4 were more susceptible to having the vibration issue around 65-80mph. Perhaps you can post some info about your car. To make the data more useful, those who don't have the issue should also post their info.
How about this as a starting point?

2009 premium plus sport pkg
engine 2.0T
transmission manual
wheels 18" tires PIRELLI P7 CINTURATO 245/40/18
miles 5700
The new control arms do reduce the vibration, but DO NOT eliminate vibration completely.

Results drawn from the small sampling of responses here really won't accomplish much except to reinforce that many have this problem and some don't.
I doubt that trim, engine size, transmission or miles will show any definitive pattern - even if it did, there really are only three solutions if you have the high speed shimmy:
1) wheels need to be balanced
2) a tire(s) or wheel(s) are defective and need replacing
3) the control arms with the redesigned bushings need replacing. This is probably the end-game solution for most that exhibit the high speed shimmy and is a well recognized solution from Audi.
If you have the problem (or any other), get thee to your dealer and get it resolved through the process. If you don't, don't worry about it until it happens. If you want more info and experiences of those with the issue, you can follow the "Vibrations Revisited" thread.
