For those that custom ordered how long did it take?

Your order as you have noted in your OP, per se, is NOT a custom order. It will take somewhere between 9 and 13 weeks. At this price point, ordering, custom or otherwise ought to be the way to go. If you are very flexible, perhaps ordering is not that big of a deal. However, if you are considering ordering from a financial persepctive, it is often less costly to order and take delivery than to take delivery off of a dealer's inventory. The reason, of course, is sunk costs, like floor planning and other so-called holding costs.
A custom order, to be accurate, is when you order from the catalog of SPECIAL colors and options -- called, the Audi Exclusive collection or program. Even that is merely a mostly "custom feeling" method of procurement since you are not really getting something custom made, merely custom configured (by you from a choice you are given to select from.)

Dvon1981,
I would start speaking with your local dealerships to locate the car with the options you want. I remembered when I was looking, your particular model and options was pretty easy to find. Put down a deposit if your 100% sure this is the car you want. And if it's not available, it can take up to 13 weeks for delivery from date of order. It took me 12 weeks for the car I wanted to arrive, 2.0T Prestige w/Navi S-Line. You should start speaking with dealerships anyway to gauge availability, pricing, etc. Hope this helps.

Thanks for the feedback everyone, I'm gonna hopefully drop by my dealer this weekend. Sadly it looks like not many dealers have cars with 6 spds on the lot.

MT availability
When we were in the "test drive" process last fall there was not 1 manual trans A4 in California (new car) to get a feel for the clutch. I had to got on faith. It is sweet and was worth the wait.
