Default Thoughts on lease payment...

Just wanted to get some of your thoughts on this lease deal. Thinking of putting a deposit down tomorrow:

Brilliant Black/Black 2.0 Prestige w/ Navigation $43,335
- 42 month lease
- 20,000 miles/year
- $3,580 total out the door
- $635/month
- Audi Care
- Plus...they're paying the last payment of my current TL lease

I've been negotiating for a couple weeks now. What do you guys think?

Default that's a lot out of pocket up front. might as well go 48, so you don't pay registration

for the full year, but only have the car for 6 months

Due to amount of driving I do for my job, I need all of 20,000 miles each year.

I didn't realize 42 months is such a long lease. Assuming I will enjoy driving the car, it will be a benefit drive it 6 months longer that the traditional 36 month lease, while helping reduce the payments.

The $3500 down is to cover taxes, docs, fee, etc. as well as keeping the payment down.

I will get all of the specific numbers of the deal at the dealer tomorrow.

Just thought I'd throw the numbers out there to compare with any others who have actually leased a new a4.

Default Skip the factory NAV and reduce your cap cost.

Get a Garmin with much better features for $200.

Consider a non-Prestige if you want to find a way to lower payments.

If you buy the car on 60 months at 4.9% and still put down the $3,580 shown above, your payment will be $748.
