I hope that includes tax. I don't know what people are talking about that being high. That's pretty inline given the current state of leasing. Think about the fact you're turning in a car out of warranty with 70k on it. You're laying out under 30 grand including your tax and interest. That's not bad.

It does include tax.
I appreciate all of your input....I should of rephrased the thread to "anyone who has attempted to or has leased a prestige b8"
Putting deposit down today!

Some people suggested buying the car with longer financing but it's comparing apples to oranges. Yes, the monthly payment increases just 100 or so, but so does the term length and overall cost. At the end of 5 year period the car will have 100K miles and will not be worth much at resale.
When I tried to price a 36 month lease deal it came to over 700 (735?) for a Prestige with NAV and ADS. Taxes were rolled into that.
Yes, it seems like it's a waste of money but that's how it is with most leases. I ended up just buying the car but that is my choice since I intend to keep it for a while.

Just wanted to point out that the $3500 or so "out the door" amounts to another $95 a month over 42 months. Also, with the potential for 84,000 miles before the lease is over you have to consider the cost of maintenance and this is not a cheap car to maintain. You will buy one or two sets of expensive tires - the Audi Care plans may not cover that many miles. Check it out. Goo luck.
