Indeed. I was really paranoid that 35% (legal limit where I live) might be too dark/impractical but that's not at all the case. I'd go as dark as is legal where you live.

I have always run 3M films in my cars, but had a used car that had films makered "solar shade". I actually liked it quite a bit.

Will be doing ours with at least 35%, but may step up to 20%. Little worried the 20 will be obvious (it is not legal on fronts here) because of the short side windows, but with black interior it may be necessary.
