A4 sedan 2013 is listed in the "possible coverage range" on the site, so seemed worth looking into.
The terms of the lawsuit are still subject to the fairness hearing. Obviously, the terms of the settlement are complete crap. So you still have the options to object as well as attend the fairness hearing (no idea what jurisdiction this is in).
My car is so far past 100k, it wouldn't matter. So I'm excluding myself.

I have only have 55k miles, so this is relevant for me, but at this point, I think my time is best spent getting the tensioner and chain replaced preemptively out of pocket and then selling the car sometime next year. Unfortunately, this settlement will offer little to no relief.
