Just wondering how often people rotate their tires on their A4's? I have a 2010 with 4,000 miles and was thinking of rotating them at the 5,000 oil change at the dealership. Perhaps rotate at every 5k intervals? Thanks.

The tire rotation is part of the 5K service. You should read your tire manufacturer's recommendation - it's typically every 3K.

Never. I have 25K miles on the car, 3 tires were replaced by Audi (out of round) at 11K miles. So far they are wearing evenly and I don't see any reason to rotate. On my other FWD car I rotate when I see that the back tires have more thread than the front (about 10-15K miles).
Tire manufacturers will require you to rotate every 5K miles to maintain warranty. However, in my experience manufacturer warranty and support had been quite useless.

I rotate mine when I put them back on in spring. I also rotate winter tires when I put them back on in late fall.
