If the Audi mechanic can't be positive as to what it is then call the service manager . It looks like the pink coolant that Audi uses. Get it fixed before you take the car.

Are there any original parts left on your car? I am sorry to hear that you're having so many issues with your car. I hope that this is your last repair so that you can enjoy your car for a change. If you don't have an extended warranty I'd say this is a good time to call AOA and demand to give it to you at no charge.
