Spot on as with my ex VW Tiguan 4motion (Haldex) with dedicated winter tires (Blizzak) I flew by all AWD Subbies, Hondas and any brands we name with their summer tires when we crossed rockies previous winter.

I got Blizzaks to Q5 too and this winter I tired its all-seasons that came with it (to me all-seasons are just crappy summer tires as they wear too fast. I have 28k on mine and they are shot) sucked bad and I slid around too much, back to my garage and mounted winter set in 30 mins and back to road and car was what I'm used to drive at Arctic Circle where I lived.
