The airbag seems to have pinched some of the wires behind it, so I’ll have to fix that another time as it’s not sitting right now and the horn is stuck on, but it looks pretty good!

It's always on, the wiring diagrams mark it term 30. If you needed switched 12v, there's no term 15 in the steering wheel. There's very little term 15 in the current platform at all; most everything is "managed" regarding power state.
For example, what is that term 30 powering in the wheel? The controls. But the controls' electronics is LIN bus connected to the car, so it doesn't need 12v on/off to control power usage; it'll get sleep/wake commands via LIN. Why not just term 15 power them? No idea. I doubt they are expected to be functional with ignition off.

If you disconnect the battery (or disconnect the door control module from the battery supply), the door control module may or may not lose the window auto up/down stops. The reset process should be in the owner's manual. Believe it's roll the window down and hold the switch several seconds after stop until you hear a beep; repeat with the up direction?
