I may be able to help with that. The Aus spec has the bottom DRL on by default when indicating so it certainly looks doable. I have the standard non-matrix LED headlights.
Having a poke around, there's a setting on mine in Module 9 -> Coding -> drl_at_indication_config -> full_available. Maybe?
So I tried your coding and it didn't keep the bottom DRL on with my turn signal, it must be some adaptation or coded elsewhere. I did figure out how to keep fogs on with High beam but it required me to change the headlight region to ECE, and im not sure what else that would do to the headlights.
Mate, I found an Adaptation for this, can't remember where now and the option to enter the code appeared in the destination entry. I tried the code generated from the Audi Connect (AC) site, my login details for AC and a couple of other things and couldn't get it to accept and take the next step unfortunately.
SIM is also installed in the car.
Hi, did you ever find the adaption you used for this? Thanks in advance!
Has anyone figured out how to switch the default for the eco-engine mode? I'm not sure of the official name, but the thing that cuts the engine off when youre at a stop.
I absolutely hate that I have to remember to press the button every time I turn the car on to disable it.

I'm just curious, clearly the on/off for the engine is not a well liked feature for a lot of you. Why is that? Not arguing at all, I'm just curious why it is so disliked.

I'm on the fence. I like it saving gas when I'm at a long stop light. But on the drive into/out of my neighborhood, I have to pass through 6 stop signs which are often monitored by police.
It's really annoying when you come to a VERY brief stop and the engine stops/starts. I must come to a complete stop or risk getting a ticket. So I either have to remember to push the disable button, or shift to S. Shifting to S is what I've been doing (when I remember).
I wish there was a slightly longer delay built in so that it doesn't stop until the vehicle has been at 0 mph for at least a full second, or maybe two seconds. If I could find coding for that delay and increase to 1 or 2 seconds, the system would be great.
