2017 A4 with strange "liquid" sound and unresponsive MMI wheel
Hello!
I just took the plunge a few days ago and got my first Audi with a 2017 A4 Technik demo model which had about 6000kms on it. I'm in Canada.
I've been doing quite a bit of joyriding lately and have been noticing two things that bother me. I'm wondering if others have noticed something similar or if they are signs of something being amiss.
Strange "liquid sounds
Sometimes, as the car slows down and general noise is reduced, I pick up on a somewhat faint sound. It sort of sounds like some liquid moving around. But I can't be sure. It's not the "ABS re-positioning" sound that I have seen be discussed here.
Unresponsive MMI wheel
A couple days ago when I got into my car, the MMI wheel (the big wheel in the center by the drive shift) was suddenly unresponsive. I'd rotate it and nothing happened. If I rotated it a lot, it may register one "click" here and there. It has since recovered and isn't a current issue. This was a hot day and the wheel was very warm from being in the sun for a few hours - and I'm thinking this may have been the reason.
Do either of these issues sound familiar to others? Do they warrant a trip back to the dealer?
Thanks!

tekmo: If I click either of those two links I get an error saying "Invalid Forum specified".
If you are linking to the video with sound that negipai98 posted, no it wasn't that one. The best description of what I'm hearing is "some type of liquid running through a system". Which isn't awfully descriptive, I know.
