A4 8W US rear lights to EU rear lights

Hi guys,
this is my first post in this forum, so hello to all of you.
I'm not sure if this is the right location for my topic, so admin, feel free to move my post and tell me where i should post this kind of questions in the future, thanks.

I have a problem with some US (NAR) A4 (type B9 - 8W).
- Nearly everything is already working like it should be (NAR to EU done from the seller, MMI, RL, HL, ....) just one function is wrong, i guess some adjustment is missing.
When you close the car with the key, the rear turning signal is wrong, the inner part of the rear light is starting with the yellow dynamic turning signal, but the when
it moves to the outer part of the Rear light, the turning signal is doing nothing and the middle section is turning on,
see attached picture (like in the US).
